- Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are available if a cancellation request is made at least 7 days before the course start date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are not eligible for a refund.
- Partial Refunds
- If you need to cancel within 7 days but before the course has begun, a 50% refund may be considered at DEEPTI PRAJAPATI discretion. However, once the course has started, no refunds will be issued.
- Cancellations by DEEPTI PRAJAPATI
- If a course is canceled by Alok due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a 100% refund of your payment, or you may opt to transfer your enrollment to a future session.
- Class Rescheduling
- If you are unable to attend due to an emergency, you may request to join a future class instead of receiving a refund. Approval of rescheduling requests is subject to availability and Alok’s discretion.
- Refund Processing
- Refund requests must be made in writing via email, including your reason for cancellation. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Circumstances
- No refunds are issued for partial attendance, missed classes, or failure to attend without prior notice. The responsibility to attend and participate in the full course lies with the participant.
- Return Policy
- As our services are digital and educational in nature, we do not offer returns. There are no physical products associated with our classes, so returns are not applicable. Please reach out to us if you have any questions about our services before enrolling.
